(ii) For anybody who has built a pure64 system without chrooting using
the "if you are going to boot" route, should we _really_ be installing
e2fsprogs into /tools/lib64 ? This sounds broken, but maybe I'm
overlooking something.
I may of overlooked that, will double check.
