I read and comprehend excellently, however, thanks for thinking about me. :-) I suppose I should have put a disclaimer in my original message to the affect that "please folks don't think I realize that slanderous stuff can't be written, however, short of slander, anything goes" for you folks that didn't understand my original message. My original message concerned someone writing "a good resource for beginners is LFS". And the more I think about that statement, the more I think it is true and accurate. If you are true beginner, LFS lays down the prerequisites, tells you where to get the knowledge to satisfy the prerequisites, and continues. We can continue to banter about this all fscking day long if you want Jeremy. I'd just as soon we drop it though, as this really isn't productive. -- Randy rmlscsi: [GNU ld version 2.15.94.0.2 20041220] [gcc (GCC) 3.4.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.4] [Linux 2.6.10 i686] 11:17:00 up 156 days, 10:50, 3 users, load average: 1.55, 1.36, 0.86 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
