Since everybody seems to be so positive... I found it extremely annoying when I realized this change, as hundreds of lines scrolled by, and all the useful information from previous commands just scrolled into oblivion. But when just a few files/links/directories are made, I like it. (So I wouldn't actually dear to suggest adding a '|tail -10' to all commands, although I might do it myself to a few...
