>From my very brief glance, I only had 9 programs installed, the book lists 11. I didn't do any comparisons, but I did notice that lsmod is not a symlink to insmod as the book states. Someone needs to install the package and compare what the book says, then modify the book to match. No big deal, there's lot of places in the book that need fixing. Libol and syslog-ng don't have any program descriptions, lists, diskspace used, dependencies or build times. Others that I don't remember off-hand need fixing in these areas as well. -- Randy rmlinux: [GNU ld version 2.15.91.0.2 20040727] [gcc (GCC) 3.4.1] [GNU C Library 2004-07-01 release version 2.3.4] [Linux 2.6.8.1 i686] 16:12:00 up 15 days, 1 min, 8 users, load average: 0.00, 0.02, 0.00 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
