But we are back in the same position; LFS does not create any users other than root, and root has access to everything. There _is_ software needed if you want to actually do anything with the USB devices that are being security-controlled here; these instructions do not apply to USB storage devices, network interfaces and the like, but rather to scanners, video capture devices and such.
