The profile* ones must be used, plus the Makefile from testing, to can do
one-step profiling in HTML output.

Yes, that was a osmetic change due the text drop.


As a note, in chapter06/zlib.xml there is more command changes related with the
use of  --libdir=/lib. See the unstable file.
