Name for the API used in LessTif

I tried asking one developer of a free software package if he would
please mention only LessTif and not Motif in his package.  He said
that he felt obliged to speak about "Motif" as the name of the API
which the program expects to use.

So I proposed that we should coin another name for that.  I think the
natural name for it is "Tif".

What do you think?  Would you like to propose that name, or some other
name, as a way to talk about "Programs compatible with LessTif or
Motif?"
