Lovely work.  I've now got the plugin installed and it seems to work well.  
I don't see Viktor's problem about unresponsive tabs because on my Windows 
computer, the focus switches to the browser at the end of the command.

I did find one nit, though.  If the first line or two of the body are long 
enough, the icons at the upper right obscure those lines. I'd suggest 
putting the icons in a div of their own, with the first line of the body 
starting below them.

And let me applaud the readability and responsiveness of the HTML viewer!
