This PR allows reliable round-tripping between flat notebooks (in Jupyter) and @jupytext trees in Leo outlines. Switching between these two environments is easy and robust: - Leo will detect changes to .ipynb files and will reload them into Leo. - After Leo writes a file under the control of @jupytext, reloading the Jupyter notebook will show the changes that you (in Leo) made. Please feel free to ask questions or to report bugs. Please hold off on suggested improvements until we've had more experience with what we have.
