Several high-profile projects now use GitHub their issue tracker for *all*
discussions.

There are substantial benefits to doing so, as I have just discovered:

1. It's easy to make visible corrections. I especially like the
line-through feature for highlighting remarks that no longer apply.

2. The code-formatting is much better than here.

3. It's easy to close discussions once they are complete.

Your thoughts, please.
