For Sale: Apple Xserve G5/2.0 DP (PCI-X) w/ Apple XRAID 14-bay enclosure - $999
This server and RAID were removed from service in 2011 and placed in storage. Recently powered up and reinstalled Mac OS X Server 10.5.8. Xserve has one internal 80GB drive (boot drive) and two additional internal 250GB drives. XRAID enclosure has 14x 500GB drive bays in two 7 drive banks currently formatted in RAID 5 (3TB per bank of 7 drives). Left bank drives have approximately 33,000 power on hours and right bank has approximately 28,000 power on hours. Screen shots taken recently show systems running with no warnings or hardware errors. Also includes original OS install disks (Panther server 10.3), upgrade disks (Leopard server 10.5), boxes containing additional rack mounting hardware, internal RAID card (for use with the three internal drive bays in the Xserve) and an additional 250GB drive module. I do not have the original shipping boxes for these units and the RAID unit is VERY HEAVY, local pickup is RECOMMENDED. Items are sold AS-IS, no warranty.
