New in box IIfx with 4/40 config, 8-bit accelerated Radius card, fiber optic card, AAUI ethernet card with adapter. Was originally US military surplus, customized for filmless radiology lab by Loral Medical Imaging Systems (a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin). But was never used. I tested it and put in a new motherboard battery.
