I've had this since early October or so; I've never had any problems with it. It's in perfect condition, as I've kept it in a sleeve its entire life (sorry, I'm keeping the sleeve; but if you're really interested, I can tell you how to make one like I did for myself.). Battery life is, of course, phenomenal on these devices. So... price? How about *$340* shipped? I know Apple was selling theirs for $350, but with added tax, that brought it closer to $375. Of course, I'm open to other offers, but please be reasonable. I have this on my local Craigslist as well, but I much prefer dealing with swap members.
