I know a person was born at home, on the farm;
and I know the location of that farm (township, range, section, etc);
and I have been entering the place of birth as township name, county,
state, country, and within the notes section I add specifics of the
T/R/Sec/data. Most county vital record books are set up using the Township
for locales.
But, that doesn't work when verifying locations and to be able to use the
mapping features, the distance calculators tools, etc. that Legacy provides.
I really don't want to use the nearest town as the location; nor do I like
using "near" or "southeast" as that is also inaccurate or too vague.

I came across this issue when playing around with the FAN Club report and
it doesn't pickup my township names for friends and neighbors. I get the
lovely little note that my locations need to be verified

Any suggestions?
