Good goal.

I expect your clip will be removed before long though. The FA have
contracted NetResult www.nr-online.com to aggresively go after all clips of
Premiership, Football League and Cup games. I got my 30 second clip of
Robbos goal last season v Watford removed by You Tube for copyright
infringement.

It's a bit pathetic really. I mean how far back does the FA get them to
persue online clips? If it was a whole football match or even just a couple
minutes of highlights for the whole game I would fully understand but a 30
second or less clip of one goal? I wonder whether they would persue a clip
of a Leeds goal from say the 1970's?

I mean everyone has seen a lot of these goals anyway, we just might want to
go online and take another look at it later on, I don't see what's wrong
with that, and what the difference is from recording it on video/dvd or on
your Sky+ box and then playing it back??? It's not as if we don't pay enough
money each season going to the game, and also paying Sky for the Sports
pack.

If you went to the game with a regular digital camera and took a load of
continuously shot photos all in a row that just happened to capture Westlake
or anyone else scoring a goal and then put them all together in a small
animation so it ran smoothly and was a lot like a mini-video, would they go
after you for that? After all they would be photos not video. What if you
got the video clip of Abu Dabhi TV or something would that make a
difference? Or perhaps if you cropped the clip to remove the Sky logos etc?
