Thank you for your email, the money from Season Tickets has been paid to
"Leeds United 2007 Limited"
The club can confirm that Season Ticket receipts are being kept in a
separate bank account and Leeds United 2007 Ltd, who have sold the
tickets for the forthcoming season, will ensure that the money is kept
safe so it can be returned to supporters if we cannot start the season.
I have not heard of anything to do with the company who actives the
access cards so I am unable to answer that question.

In normal circumstances I would say thank you very much for this and
look forward to the start of the season, however given the current
situation vis-a-vis the finances at Leeds you can understand if I have
one or two concerns. Therefore can you let me know;
- to whom this money has been paid?
- what assurances I have against the possible liquidation of the club?
- as I understand various stories in the press, the company who
activates the season ticket access cards are one of the creditors
affected by the recent buy out at 1p in the pound and were therefore
unwilling to "switch on" existing season tickets for the forthcoming
season until they were paid in full, in advance, what arrangements are
in place to ensure that I will be able to gain access to Leeds Utd games
next season should this dispute remain unresolved?
