The only "new" information or discussion in this story is the questioning of 
the ability of Astor to vote on the proxied debt of Krator and FSF. This is 
obviously a point of law and I am surprised that none of the Insolvency 
practitioners present at the creditors meeting mentioned the subject. if it 
is in fact illegal.
The fact that the debts had been given to Astor was mentioned as an aside by 
Walker Morris at the meeting but that was more concerned with connected and 
unconnected creditors so the nuances may have been missed or assumptions 
made about the procedures which had been followed.
