The only "new" information or discussion in this story is the questioning of the ability of Astor to vote on the proxied debt of Krator and FSF. This is obviously a point of law and I am surprised that none of the Insolvency practitioners present at the creditors meeting mentioned the subject. if it is in fact illegal. The fact that the debts had been given to Astor was mentioned as an aside by Walker Morris at the meeting but that was more concerned with connected and unconnected creditors so the nuances may have been missed or assumptions made about the procedures which had been followed. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
