I don't think there's much to be gained from sacking Wise at the moment. 
that would only destabilise him further.  I don't know about his man
management skills (_if_ you believe the rumours, they're atrocious) but he
tried to address the things that worried us about the team he inherited
(Butler, Gregan, fitness, formation...).  I think he needs a full
pre-season with his own players before we judge him fully.

We have to be aiming for the automatic promotion places at Christmas.  If
we aren't, we'll be failing.
