Actually I couldn't argue if Wise was sacked, it all boils down to who would serve us better in League One.
I could try and counter your counter arguments wrt Wise and his integrity and his ability to sort a football dressing room, but it doesn't really matter either way, these are just opinions. All I would say is that most footballers have a vastly different set of values than us lot do. I actually think most footballers would respect Wise, if he was on their 'side', cos he has played at the highest levels, and also played at the lowest levels. A league one footballer will look at him and think "this bloke played for Wimbledon when they were crap and eventually won a fa cup winners medal with them..". One major factor for me in wanting Wise to stay is that I have a soft spot for Gus! I think he is a genuinely nice bloke and not a bad footballer to boot. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of damian.walsh Sent: 10 May 2007 20:43 To: [email protected] Subject: [LU] Is this the right room for an argument?
