still, i think i'm actually quite pleased about this. funny how we can get relagated and still piss others off! found what i thought to be a good post on teamtalk's lufc forum (which i think they're still going to keep alive even though teams in div 1 & 2 don't get one). "Depression diminishing, optimism returning. A change is as good as a rest, might be nice to let a few smaller clubs have but a small taste of the big time when we visit next season. Summer will be interesting. We have the bidding battle to buy the club, the clear out and I am sure the 'purchase' of some players we have never heard of. The fixture list. Preseason games then ready for the start of a new season. The most positive thing though is that the end of the nigtmare is in sight. With whoever is in charge at the club come August we know we will be debt free. Ticket prices will be reduced and ER will have regular large crowds again. Perhaps the best thing to look forward to is passing some of the clubs supported by idiots like 'How it is'. I wish no ill on most clubs but to the 'supporters' of perennial under achievers to opportunistically gloat over our temporary demise only cheers me up thinking how dispondent these peolpe will be when we are reinstalled in our rightful position. Sooner or later we will return and I will raise my glass in thanks to those friends from wherever that wished us well and I will smile and have the last laugh at all those who have been burdened for eternity to support clubs that will never do anything!!
