In other words, we need to go into administration right now and have a new owner in place and the administration discharged by May 12, right? I know there are listers with experience in this field - are those timings feasible? Sounds like either way, recalcitrant creditors (are there any other kind?) could have LUFC over a barrel by threatening to keep proceedings going beyond May 12.
