"A club will not be eligible for membership of The Football League if by the second Saturday in May in the current year it:- Has a manager, receiver or administrative receiver appointed in respect of that club or any part of its property."
In other words, we need to go into administration right now and have a new owner in place and the administration discharged by May 12, right? I know there are listers with experience in this field - are those timings feasible? Sounds like either way, recalcitrant creditors (are there any other kind?) could have LUFC over a barrel by threatening to keep proceedings going beyond May 12. But it does also sound like we can take the points hit this season, even if we do need a small miracle and a boat-load of cash... -- Richard Young Freelance writer and editor _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
