I can see what you re getting at but theres two sides to every story  
and the atmosphere at LUFC these days, the way
his team mates are performing, the whole LUFC thing shows how much  
that means to a player.

my point being environment is a huge factor, healy is living proof.

but yeah, he can change some of it by being an example etc etc.
