As I remarked to the current Mrs E, I hope we don't have any more people who love us like he does or else we'll be in deeper financial shit than ever. Bates is a twat and has no love for Leeds but the Kransortium were no better, they all got their little bit of money from the club and didn't really do anything to help. One of the reasons Bates put the prices up as much as he did was because the previous board hadn't dared to. Since Leslie Silver stepped down as Chairman we have been right royally shafted by all who have run our club and I hope against hope that someone with real money who loves the club and wants to see us back on an even keel again will buy Bates out in the near future. Can't really see it happening though.
