agree with you on batty and barmby was a joke but the team he thought he had 
when he took the job on was being sold right in front of him. my biggest 
point is this: the players didn't know if they were next out. how on earth 
do you steady the ship in that situation? have you ever worked for a company 
that's in the shit financially? "right olli, you're in this saturday but i 
can't make any promises for next week cos you might be sold off to pay for 
the guppies".

i felt sorry for the guy at the time and still do. he was sold a stinker by 
risdale.
