Well Damian has to be held partly responsible for the fact that whilst playing football on Sat afternoon following a 6am finish to the drinking on Fri night / Sat morning - the only liquid we had pitchside to rehydrate with was a bottle of Ricard. Not exactly a sports drink. Matt
