This is not an argument for or against. I'm just passing on some
information.

Portsmouth South MP The Right Hon. Mike Hancock M.P. CBE is tabling an Early
Day Motion to change the law on standing at football matches. This is a
technical issue that may allow an MP to bring to the attention of Parliament
(and obviously to the Nation as a whole).
In order to progress this issue he obviously needs the support of a large
number of M.P.s. It is vital therefore that you contact your own MP and ask
him to support this motion. Don't leave it to someone else! The more of us
that contact our own MP to push the issue, the better! If you support the
issue get on to your elected representative! It is his job to listen to
you! If he refuses to support the bill ask him why. If you are one of those
who insist on standing at games you CANNOT avoid writing to your MP. You
argue long and loud, now is your chance to be heard! WRITE, WRITE, WRITE!!
end of relay
