No he's not - Kelly's been our most consistently good player since our
relegation - while he has lost a yard of pace, he still has enough pace
& experience to deal with this division - agreed he's not up to the
Premiership anymore but then neither is the club so he's in the right
place - he will help steady our leaky defensive ship when he returns.
