Grays sack manager Gray Grays Athletic boss Frank Gray has been sacked by the Nationwide Conference club after Saturday's FA Cup loss to Bromley. The former Scottish international took charge in May, but has left the club after recent poor results and after the poor showing in Saturday's 2-1 FA Cup defeat at home to Bromley. Grays currently lie ninth in the Nationwide Conference table but have been underachieving this season after they reached the play-offs and retained the FA Trophy last season. There has been no replacement mentioned for the vacant job.
