I'd be happiest of all if Bates told us all one-off income amounts that weren't budgeted for (and KB loves telling us how he budgets for worst case scenario etc) were going into a ring-fenced pot (can you ring-fence a pot? Presumably a fairly small fence? I digress) to be use to fund the repurchase of Elland Road.
