As far as Bates is concerned the answer is of course (c) with the added benefit that the proceeds do not have to be spent on the business but can be invested in (d). The training course that you are seeking was previously available at West London Tech but I haven't checked for a while. Perhaps it is now the University of Chelsea based in that white elephant down the Kings road.
