I remember the game Chelsea were playing Man U and Wise grabbed hold of Nicky Butts bollox. Neither were angels of the game, both were dirty, but Keane was just a lot worse. A violent thug. If he hadn't of become a scumchester player, he would have probably ended up being an IRA terrorist. Having said all that though, what we have really done above is compared Wise and Keane as players. As far as managers are concerned, I would probably say that Keane would make the better manager. I'd rather have neither of them anywhere near our club, but now we have Wise we'll have to give him a chance and see what happens.<< I'm not so sure. Wise is, I think, a lot brighter than Keane. Keane's methods will be to rule through fear - rather like the two managers he played under for most of his career - Clough & Ferguson. Wise is probably more cunning and that may just turn out to be very good for us. Certainly once players like him (and Keane for that matter) stop playing they have to behave in a slightly less obnoxious manner! He is a bit gay, isn't he! Lots of clips on Sky today of Ken slobbering all over him in Chelsea days. Come and sit on Santa's knee, little boy....
