Hi All this tosh about Wise being unpopular because he was a Chelsea player is pure rubbish. He fits the criteria of the manager we need. In fact he is the first manager we have appointed since Graham where the process was coherent. We looked at the problem and the best solution. I often wonder what would have happened if Graham had stayed. I am sure he would have blooded the babies. And I am positive he would have manged them a hell of a lot better. Hopefully everything will be finalised and then lets just get behind Wise. The last manager with such a controversial record on the field was one Mr. Don Revie. His appointment at the time was by far a bigger risk. Michael
