Wonderful new word on the website today

1.  Unvelied = to have the rubber boots unceremoniously removed in
front of attendant crowd and media  as in
"['Big Mac'] was to be unvelied as the club's new boss early next week"

2. Unvelied = almost unenvied except that hundreds of amateurs would
willingly take on the unenviable task if asked.  as in
"['Big Mac'] was to be unvelied as the club's new boss early next week"

3. Unvelied = 'king stoopid to enter into the deal  as in
"['Big Mac'] was to be unvelied as the club's new boss early next week"

Or is the true definition still somewhere out there?
