Look, when I took over the U17's I only had two players available. People forget that we had nothing and I've had to turn it all around, on a very tight budget, using a mixture of raw talent and lads who I'd grabbed from detention. We've just beaten the league leaders and sometimes I think people forget just how well I have done with the lads ....
