I don't think it was. The Liverpool-Man Utd game that gave us the title
was
the live game that day and I think they were only allowed to show one live
game a week in those days. Unless anyone knows better, of course.

The highlights were shown just before the Liverpool/Scum game because me and
the boy Sean had managed to avoid hearing the score and sat down to watch
them. They made a great play about not giving the score before it started
then the dozy twats showed the league table so we knew what the result was
even though we didn't know the score.
It didn't spoil our enjoyment too much though and we enjoyed watching
Liverpool stuff the Scum too.
