People with a p-o-b of Leeds - note not including Smithy who is down as
"Rothwell". There may be a couple more who I've got down as Leeds
subdistricts (e.g. Aaron L is Chapeltown, Fred Waterhouse is Horsforth)
but no time to check em all now.
