Very good question - I asked the same thing in a WACCOE thread.  I can
just see 96 walking up and down in his orange jacket saying "can you stop
dancing please gents?".

Stupid, stupid, stupid, knee-jerk law made to penalise football fans and
protect S Yorks police.

And on Bank Holiday Sunday we stood all game in the Leepings lane end at
Hillsbrough without a single steward asking us to sit down at any time.
