Our defence when we don't have Aaron Hughes is pathetic, one of the reasons we conceded 3 soft goals after dominating play.
Sanchez is a fantastic man-motivator, something which our cuddly Kev is not.
He's turned Northern Ireland football on it's head. Everything about him screams "professional".
I'd love him to goto Leeds if he could still do the Norn Iron job on a part time basis.
