I don't think even KB would play a 4-5-1 with 3 wingers ;) I think he is a good signing. Proven at this level and also has scored at prem level, hasn't had much football recently and will be keen to do well.
Plus the fact that we are the biggest club he has played for, and isn't he a Yorkshire lad too?
