Something and nothing! No announcement of a new signing. No announcement of loads of money coming into the club. No changes at board level. No changes at Managerial level. No new owners. Oh ... yeah, we're trying to get £20M out of Chelski for nicking two 15 year olds. All very admirable and I hope we get more than the pittance being offered (£200K per player rising on appearances etc.) but it's a classic Bates brash statement, good intentions probably meant ... but nothing for any supporter to get excited about.
