I agree my experiences were totally subjective, I used to gravitate towards
the hardcore areas (middle of the Kop, Lowfields road stand and the south
stand when it was standing and home supporters - penning the away fans into
the corner) so most of my memories were singing non-stop and going "f**king
mental" on the occasion we scored a goal.

In later years I remember being sat in the West Stand (god knows why) and it
being a really crap game.. I think vs QPR.. and people were having a go at
Chapman, but that is the one occasion that sticks out for me.

My experience of Leeds in the early days (for me) was limited to a few trips
to Elland Rd coupled with lots of southern based away games.

I only really started going regular around the time of Bruno/Hilaire, and
unless I was very very lucky or have selective memory, I don't remember
there being a player who was subjected to boos on a regular basis?

I think I remember the Harvey experience, wasn't that at Fulham or Wimbledon
(the valley)? I remember there was a half time collection when a few kids
were walking round with a big sheet asking people to chuck coins!! I don't
know if it was the same match but I remember Harvey coming over to us and
asking us to calm down.. this was just before he started playing for us
again and I don't think most of us knew anything about him coming back (from
Vancouver Whitecaps?).

I also have heady memories of games at Arse, one in particular where the
section of Leeds fans already in were pushed from the corner towards the
middle behind the goal, then a load of Arse 'lads' ran round from the clock
end and started giving lots of verbals, safe in the knowledge the police
would stop the Leeds fans going back at them, only for another huge load of
leeds fans being let in meaning they came up behind the Arse boys and
trapping them. I still remember the look on their faces!

I also got on the back of the News of the Screws one weekend at an Arse
match when there was some trouble behind the goal at the Leeds end and some
supporters - including me - had to spill onto the pitch to get out of the
way of it.. the ref stopped the game and walked over to where we were and
someone took a pic at that moment.

However, Im sure that doesn't qualify me as a real fan and therefore qualify
me to have an opinion of a leeds manager..
