One assumes 'twas a reference to the soon to be highly desirable residencial area of Leeds known as Little London. Those from far afield may not have noticed but the oracle that is BBC Look North managed to precede the Little London story with one regarding the lack of 'affordable' housing. The irony went unnoticed I believe.
