Well you can't really have a go at Terry can you? He does have a point, you do reach for the aggressive sweary bollocks rather too quickly when someone disagrees with you!! Your not John Prescott in disguise are you?? I thought neither of the points you made, but did defend Blackwell to a point. I was neither pro nor anti but felt the guy should be given a chance. At the start of the season I said if we weren't top 6 he'd be gone, we were third. At the start of the season I said if we don't at least flirt with the play offs he'll be gone. We got to the final. All those are facts, but as I stated after "The Debacle" (I can't bring myself to call it a final!) The evidence was there for all to see (and during all the games after and including the Palace defeat at home) that: A). We weren't good enough, despite the standard of the league being poor. B). His tactics were plain awful, leaving me travelling down to Cardiff with that "About to witness a car crash" feeling. I have supported Blackie and don't feel he should be 'sh1t on' But have to say now, because I think close season is the right time, he is NOT a MANAGER. If he is the coach everyone claims he is, keep him on as coach, but his managerial abilities, i.e. Tactical decisions and ability to bring that extra something out of players, is just not there. Thats no snap decision, it's one taken after 2 years.
