The reason that Watford didn't sell out was that they never put their tickets 
on general sale. They only sold tickets to fans who were on their 'customer 
database' of those who had previously bought tickets for Watford home games, to 
make sure that southern-based Leeds fans didn't get their hands on Watford end 
tickets.
