Yes it does.

A goal was scored, it wasn't prevented, end of story.

The problem was the ref blew the whistle before seeing if 'advantage' led to
a goal, therefore he couldn't allow the goal, therefore a goalscoring
opportunity had been denied, therefore he had no choice but to red card
Lehmann.

It really isn't that difficult a concept.

Agreed, I thought from the minute the incident took place that the goal
should have stood and Lehman should have been yellow carded; I think we
would probably have got an even better game as a result.  Arsenal should
never have scored because ebouee should have been yellow carded for diving.

Somebody earlier mentioned the commentary duo of Tyler/Gray; well it can't
have been any worse than Tyldesdly/Pleat on the ITV.  Whining on about the
sending off yet not a mention about the dive that led to the Arse free kick
and subsequent goal.  At least McCoist restored some sanity to proceedings
at half-time, when he said the score should have been the other way round!!
