I wish everyone would get a grip on their expectations. We're a long way
off being a top club again. Until someone puts in the graft to get us back there
(and I don't just mean promotion this season), forget about signing big managers
or big-name players.

If we do get promoted, we might be 15th in the queue.
Though I do think we should aim to sign WBA's Greening - alongside Derry
we'd be halfway to a complete midfield of '70s footballers...
Then we'd just have to back the smiley badge....
