You did read the rules right, there is no discrimination between
home and away goals during the playoffs.

Just been reading the rules for play off games and if I read them
correctly it looks as if away goals do not "count double" ? If scores are
level on aggregate after the 2 x 90 mins then extra time is played and if
scores still level then pens.
Is this right ?
If so it would certainly be an advantage having second leg at home in a
tight game.
