I do think the 49ers are different. They are an established organization with
a proven track record (a good one too if I have heard right.) I know it is not
exactly the "49ers" but basically the same organizational structure. These are
not fly by night operators.

Be careful what we wish for. US takeovers have been detrimental as often as
they have been beneficial to football clubs. We could easily be
subsidising/promoting their business as opposed to them supporting ours.

PS. Did anyone see Dermot Gallagher commenting on the Anthony Taylor
incident last night. He was wearing an Irish cap which seemed to give him
an obvious Irish accent!!
A further ‘Zoom’ type interview today, and the accent has gone completely!!
