YEP saying we are in the process of signing Jamal Blackman on a season long loan Whilst I am happy to trust Beilsa and his judgement (assuming it is his choice) this seems a strange one to me, mainly given his age. Bringing in Stockdale or someone with similar experience would give BPF someone to emulate and learn from. Blackman at 24 and with only one season's experience is not that much ahead of BPF who, in my opinion did very well for us last year. Maybe having two young keepers (plus Miazek in the u23s) will mean a lot of competition between them as they jockey for the first team spot and they may spur each other on, but I think we would be better giving BPF the shirt but with some experienced back up from whom he can learn or even giving the experienced keeper the shirt and let BPF play in the cup competitions etc As I say I do trust Bielsa at this stage but it is not the route I would have gone down.
