I just thought that I would take a look at last seasons final table and it turns out if we lose every single game from now till the end of the season we will end up on the same number of points as Rotherham last time ! We have 23 points the same as they managed all season. Slightly more worrying is the fact that Blackburn managed 51 pts and still got relegated and that it took 80pts for Fulham to get the 6th play off spot (although 76 would have been enough, since we were 7th with 75pts) We are pretty much a third of the way through 15 games out of 46, so if we carry on as we have we will have 69 pts with a game to go ! I know last season and the various points tally are only a rough indicator or the totals needed - I even heard one player say at the start of the season under Monk he wanted us to get to 75 pts which we did, thinking that that would be enough for top 6 No real point here, but it is better than someone trying (and unfortunately maybe succeding) in destroying the list.
